Workshop Job Clocking

If installed alongside an installation of Dragon2000`s Servicemodule, Dragon2000`s time sheets will include bar codes for:

• Job Number
• Recording time spent on job
• Recording time spent on specific lines of labour

Dragon2000`s efficiency reports compare time charged to estimated time and true time taken, for unparalleled accuracy.

The terminal should be installed in the workshop so technicians can clock on and off service jobs without leaving the bay.

Installation

The electronic clock unit is supplied, via courier, and is pre-configured for installation on your network without conflict with other computers. If your network doesn`t use IP addresses in the range 192.168.0.xxx, please let us know in advance. You may wish to check with your network administrator.

The clock device(s) should be wall mounted, and requires a power point and network point nearby. The bar code scanner required for workshop job clocking simply plugs in to the bottom of the unit.

Software installation is required on one computer on your network, and will allow the clock to communicate with Dragon2000.
